Welcome to Simule Agro! This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application. By using Simule Agro, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Free: anonymous use with minimal technical data. Premium/Account: we collect only what is necessary to authenticate, charge, and deliver features, transparently and securely.

• Email/login, full name, date of birth (18+), profile (technical / producer / academic / other), gender, and optional profile photo

• Glebas/talhões data, harvests, and statistics can be synchronized with Supabase, linked to your user_id

• Logos/images sent to compose reports (format/size validation)
• Exported file metadata (XLSX/PDF/KML) generated locally
• Contents remain under your control; sharing is optional and at your own risk

When you opt for "I'm interested" in a feature under construction, we register ONLY the signal of interest and the date/time of registration.

This record is stored in Supabase for product prioritization purposes and may generate an operational notification to the team by email (via Resend).

IMPORTANT: We DO NOT collect, store, or associate any device identification (Phone ID, IMEI, MAC address, etc.) or personal data with signals of interest. The record is completely anonymous.

This action is totally optional and you can request removal of this record at any time via contact email.

• Google account ID and email (to display connection status)
• Calendar event IDs created by the app (for synchronization control)
• OAuth access tokens (stored securely and encrypted locally)
• We do not access/read pre-existing personal events; we limit ourselves to creating/editing Simule Agro events

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and maintain app operation
• Personalize your usage experience
• Display relevant ads via Google AdMob
• Analyze app usage for improvements
• Detect and resolve technical problems
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except in the following situations:

• With service providers who help us operate the app (like Google AdMob for ads)
• When required by law or legal process
• To protect our rights, property, or safety
• With your explicit consent

Simule Agro uses the following third-party services for specific features:

Simule Agro uses Supabase services. Data is stored primarily on servers in South America. By using the app, you agree to processing and storage in these jurisdictions.

Supabase has a DPA (Data Processing Addendum) and uses SCCs (Standard Contractual Clauses) to ensure security in international transfers, in compliance with data protection laws.

Simule Agro offers gleba mapping features that may use geolocation data:

The app DOES NOT use cookies or tracking technologies. All storage is local and temporary, automatically cleared as needed.

• API data cache to reduce requests
• Temporary storage of news and quotes
• App configuration preferences
• Session data for offline functionality

Glebas/talhões data and statistics can be synchronized on Supabase (RLS by user_id).

You can export or delete; when deleting account, we remove synchronized data.

Depends on connection; perform periodic exports as backup.

Logos/images are validated (format/size) and used only in PDF/XLSX reports you generate.

You declare you have rights over the material. Simule Agro is not responsible for misuse of third-party trademarks.

Reports are generated locally; sharing is optional and at your own risk.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

We use encryption for sensitive data, secure authentication, and access monitoring. Our service providers (Supabase, Google) also implement robust security measures.

We collect only data necessary to operate Premium plan, synchronization, and app personalization. We keep this information strictly for the time necessary to fulfill described purposes or until you request deletion.

• User profile (name, date of birth, role, and photo): stored while account is active or until deletion requested in app;
• Entitlements and subscription history: kept for period required by stores (up to 5 years) for fiscal/auditable purposes;
• Synchronized data (glebas, talhões, logos, and versions): removed immediately when account is closed;
• Technical logs and audit events: 30 days for failure diagnosis and security;
• Privacy choices for analytics and ads: stored locally on the device and updated again only when you allow.

You can exercise privacy rights available under applicable law directly through the app or by contacting our DPO. Among them:

• Request deletion of account and all associated data;
• Change registration data (name, profile, gender, etc.);
• Know exactly what data is collected and for what purpose;
• Confirm existence of processing and access your data in Profile > My Profile;
• Manage consents for analytics and ads in Profile > Account and security;
• Request portability by exporting your glebas/talhões via export feature.

We process personal data with different legal grounds, always aligned with Simule Agro purposes:

• Contract execution: profile data, glebas/talhões synchronization, entitlements, and Premium plan support;
• Consent: analytics, ad personalization, and storage of your avatar/subscriptions;
• Legal/regulatory obligation: records necessary for the store (Google Play and/or App Store) and fiscal obligations;
• Legitimate interest: stability monitoring and abuse prevention, always with data minimization.

You can manage analytics preferences in app settings. Ad-related choices are managed through Google UMP flows shown in the app when required, in addition to local app settings where applicable. Withdrawing consent does not affect data necessary for contract execution (subscription, security, fraud prevention).

To access, correct, or delete data, use app options or contact DPO.

The app is intended for people 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we identify improper collection, we will remove data and close account.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of any significant changes through the app or other appropriate means. We recommend reviewing this policy regularly.

Substantial changes will be communicated at least 15 days in advance, allowing you to review and, if necessary, withdraw your consent.

This policy must be interpreted together with the privacy laws applicable to the user and to Simule Agro's operations, including LGPD in Brazil and applicable U.S. state privacy laws when relevant. To the extent permitted by law, contractual disputes not subject to a mandatory local forum will be resolved in the competent courts of Brazil, with elected forum in the city of Alegre, state of Espirito Santo, Brazil, ZIP Code 29.500-000.

When using AgroMind, the following data is collected and processed:

• Prompts (messages) you send in the chat;
• Conversation history, including AI-generated responses;
• Usage metadata: timestamps, request identifier, quota used, alerts, and block status;
• Technical request data: language, region, app version when applicable;
• Tokens consumed, AI model used, estimated cost, and audit logs;
• Tool results and context data necessary to generate responses.
